My Story
From an early age, I've always been mesmerized by nature and how every being has their unique perspectives of the world, working individually and in unison. Jump forward many decades, and I am no less in awe of the contribution of every being. As an occupational therapist with an autoimmune condition, my perspective might differ from yours. I now like to see this "condition" as a bit of a superpower in that I've become keenly attuned to minutiae which present as barriers or supports to my own health. In this way, your own wellbeing will be assessed to determine where you might like to work with me: OT, craniosacral therapy and/or Reiki.
Ultimately, your sense of ease, flow and wonder in "this thing called life" is my primary mission.
